Spintech's Carbo Touch Carbon Blade Review
Spintech Carbo Touch Review - By KA
The CarboTouch is clearly the most conventional carbon blade offered by Spintech, with a nice balance, crisp power on demand and long dwell time. If you were an all-round player handed this light blade, you may not even notice the carbon, feeling more like a nice glue job. Spintech has chosen wisely to bring a lively controllable weapon to the global market.
Spintech Carbo Touch Carbon (5W+2C) 7-Ply (OFF) speed rated blade is a real gem of a blade. What make this blade perfect is the selection of top quality limba soft wood veneer and a well-balanced construction with a large sweet spot. It inspires confidence in the control top spin game with exceptionally long dwell time. The Carbo Touch blade is a very conventional, using construction much like the Spin Touch coupled with the Foam Core shock absorbing handle to dampen vibration.
Playing with this is probably the best part about this blade. It is speed rated at (OFF) and by far is the best blade I have played within the (OFF) category. The control of this blade is remarkable which allows you to play almost any shots with ease. It goes well with any rubber but soft and light are more preferable because they dont give that head heavy feel. Best combination is Blackjack Ace max on both FH and BH. This combination makes you almost invincible. Another nice combination that I have tried and enjoyed is Spinpower Platinum 2.1 on FH and Dynasty Gold 2.1 on BH.
The superb quality and playing characteristics definitely justifies the reasonable price for this jewel of a blade called Spintech Carbo Touch.
